A proud alumni of Godolkin, The Deep set a record for years attended (7) and classes retaken (32). He ranked as high as #6 on the Godolkin leaderboard as a fourth-year senior, and served as president of Gamma Epsilon Delta, the most prestigious fraternity of all time. He’s now Homelander’s #2 on The Seven, a testament to show just how far you can go if you stay in school!

As the newly appointed Dean of Godolkin University, Cipher is already ushering in a new golden age for the school. He and his team of Super-only faculty will push students to new heights, and keep the campus safe from human threats. His new curriculum has already been approved by Homelander.
